I am a Senior Product Designer who takes no opportunity for granted, works hard and is a passionate advocate for the user. I am currently working within the EduTech industry and I am enjoying how my work has a direct positive impact on the users. I enjoy communicating effectively with stakeholders to design smooth user journeys and analyse the journeys with issues . Having spent many years in a design and corporate environment I know when to stand my ground within meetings and when to be flexible. I have worked as a product designer for 5 years. I was responsible for designing, organising and presenting two sub-department areas at Marks and Spencer. I created CADs using Illustrator and Photoshop to show the design in a realistic manner. Daily communication and collaboration with international suppliers, buyers and product stakeholders to achieve the desired product. I presented to my superiors and met critical deadlines to a high standard whilst receiving feedback in a positive manner.
